Positive Psychology



Positive psychology is a new and fast growing field in psychology. It is something I have used for some years with my clients. It can be used in a variety of ways depending on the situation but basically it’s all about learning how to become happier and maintaining that.

I help people learn scientifically proven methods to increase their happiness and wellbeing.  This can be done individually or in one of my workshops.
